Ashley Andersen Zantop
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer – Cambium Learning Group
Ashley Anderson Zantop is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Cambium Learning Group. Cambium Learning Group, Inc. provides digital education solutions to school districts, educators, students and parents. The company’s solutions target preK-12 literacy, science, and math intervention and serve approximately 95% of US school districts in all 50 states and customers in over 170 countries. The Cambium family of brands includes: Cambium Assessment, Lexia, Learning A-Z, ExploreLearning, and Time4Learning. Veritas Capital took the company private for $900 million in 2018. Ashley joined Cambium in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer overseeing the Lexia and Cambium Assessment business units, operational enablement teams, ESG and M&A, and rose to the Chief Executive Officer role in 2022.
Before that, Ashley served in C-suite executive leadership roles at GreaterGood, Capstone and Trudy Corporation (later Palm Publishing). Ashley began her career as an elementary school classroom teacher and collegiate coach. She serves on the government affairs council of the SIIA and before that as chair of the Board of Directors and executive committee member for the SIIA’s Education Division and co-chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Ashley holds an AB in Education and in English Literature from the University of Michigan and teaching certifications K-5 and 6-8. She also holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Fairfield University.

Ann Barnes
Chief Executive Officer – IMO Health
Ann Barnes is Chief Executive Officer of IMO Health. IMO Health (IMO) is a healthcare data enablement company and market leader in clinical terminology software. Its technology enables doctors and nurses to input diagnoses into electronic health records systems using their own medical lexicon, without needing to manually map that terminology against thousands of codes specific to major healthcare reimbursement systems. In 2022, Thomas H. Lee Partners acquired a majority interest in the company from Warburg Pincus, who acquired the business in 2016. Since she joined in 2018, Ann has played an integral role in building IMO Health’s growth, product, operations, and marketing teams. Under Ann’s leadership the company’s product roadmap has been expanded to include data quality and enablement, a new market for IMO Health. Ann is an advocate for promoting women in tech and building diverse teams, a culture she fosters at IMO Health.
Prior to IMO Health, Ann was President and CEO of MedData. Ann also held senior roles in operations and growth at startups, Fortune 100, and mid-sized private equity-backed companies. She currently serves on the Board of AristaMD. Ann is a graduate of the University of the Pacific in San Francisco where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.

Cassidy Smirnow
Chief Executive Officer – Apryse
Cassidy Smirnow is Chief Executive Officer of Apryse, which she joined in 2022 with the mandate to integrate Apryse’s prior acquisitions. Apryse is a premier, global provider of high-performance document processing technology serving OEM and enterprise customers across a broad spectrum of industries. Thoma Bravo invested in Apryse (at the time called PDTron) in 2021, alongside existing investor Silversmith Capital Partners. The company rebranded to Apryse in early 2023 under Cassidy’s leadership. The company acquired LEAD Technologies, a leading provider of AI-powered SDKs for application development across all major platforms and programming languages in 2024, its tenth acquisition to date.
Cassidy was previously Chief Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Vertafore. Vertafore was acquired by Roper Technologies from Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners for $5.3 billion during her tenure. Prior to joining Vertafore, she spent almost six years at Four Winds Interactive as VP and Senior VP of Operations and Chief Customer Officer. Earlier in her career, she served 10 years at ACS, a Xerox Company, as VP of Business Development, IT and Finance. She earned a BS in Geology from James Madison University.

Christa Quarles
Chief Executive Officer and Board Director – Alludo
Christa Quarles has served as Alludo’s Chief Executive Officer since 2020 and sits on the company’s Board of Directors. Alludo is the company behind globally recognizable brands including Parallels, Corel, MindManager, and WinZip. The company provides professional-caliber graphics, virtualization and productivity solutions, and serves more than 2.5 million paying customers in over 130 countries. KKR purchased the company from Vector Capital in 2019. Christa led the rebrand from Corel to Alludo in 2022.
Prior to joining Alludo, Christa served as an Operating Partner at Advent International. Before that, Christa was the Chief Executive Officer of OpenTable, where she led a period of transformational change, successfully navigating the company’s transition to cloud-based, small business solutions, and drove meaningful bottom- and top-line growth across its global operations. Prior to joining OpenTable, she served as Chief Business Officer of Nextdoor, a marketplace connecting local communities to small businesses. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Vice President, Interactive Games at The Walt Disney Company, where she led Disney Interactive to profitability. Other prior roles included Chief Financial Officer of Playdom, and Partner in Equity Research covering the internet sector at Thomas Weisel Partners LLC (now Stifel Financial). Christa currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Affirm (NASDAQ: AFRM) and Kimberly-Clark (NYSE: KMB). She received a BS in Economics and German from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Christina Kosmowski
Chief Executive Officer – LogicMonitor
Christina Kosmowski is Chief Executive Officer of LogicMonitor. LogicMonitor is a leading SaaS-based hybrid observability platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The company serves 100,000 users across 30 countries with predictive analytics and real-time insights into infrastructure health. LogicMonitor has been backed by Vista Equity Partners since 2018 and has scaled organically over 650% since Vista’s investment in mid-2018. In 2024, Vista Equity Partners sold a minority stake in a deal that values the company at $2.4 billion including debt. Investors including Golub Capital and PSG Equity infused $800 million of growth capital as LogicMonitor aims to expand its platform capabilities, address global market demand from data centers and enter new sectors. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2022, Christina served as LogicMonitor’s President, leading go-to-market strategy, R&D, customer success and operations.
Christina joined LogicMonitor from Slack, where she spent four years building and leading Customer Success and Enterprise GTM teams. Christina also spent 15 years at Salesforce, where she oversaw functions including renewals, consulting, support and customer success. Christina serves on the Board of Rapid7 (NASDAQ: RPD) and is a founding partner of Operator Collective, an organization that brings together tech’s most sought-after operators, investors and founders from diverse backgrounds to invest in and accelerate the next generation of B2B tech. Christina holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and currently sits on the McCormick School of Engineering Advisory Board.

Dana Jones
Chief Executive Officer and President, Board Director – RealPage
Dana Jones is Chief Executive Officer, President and Board Director of RealPage. RealPage is the leading global provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry, serving more than 24 million rental units from offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Dana has been a member of RealPage’s Board of Directors since 2019 and was tapped as Chief Executive Officer in 2021, after Thoma Bravo took the company private earlier that year. The transaction valued RealPage at approximately $10.2 billion, including net debt. In 2024, RealPage was recognized as one of America’s Best Employers for Women by Forbes and one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women by Newsweek. The company also won a TITAN Innovation Award for it for LOFT, a newly launched resident experience platform.
Prior to RealPage, Dana served as Chief Executive Officer of Sparta Systems, a leading provider of enterprise quality management software (QMS), where she led the company’s transition to the cloud, accelerated growth, reinvigorated product innovation and drove a renewed focus on customer success. Sparta Systems was backed by New Mountain Capital and acquired by Honeywell for $1.3 billion. Before Sparta Systems, she was Chief Executive Officer of ACTIVE Network and successfully led the strategic sale of the Sports and Communities divisions to Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) for $1.2 billion. She previously held multiple leadership positions at Sabre Airline Solutions. Dana currently serves on the Board of Directors of Agilysys (NASDAQ: AGYS) and Zapata Computing. Dana graduated summa cum laude and holds a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Dru Armstrong
Chief Executive Officer – AffiniPay
Dru Armstrong is the Chief Executive Officer of AffiniPay, which she joined in 2021. AffiniPay is a leading provider of practice management software, integrated payments and embedded fintech for professionals serving legal, accounting, architectural, engineering, and construction firms. Its brands include LawPay, MyCase, CASEpeer, Docketwise, CPACharge, and AffiniPay for Associations, and serve more than 245,000 legal and accounting professionals. In 2024, Dru lead the company to new levels of growth, which was accelerated by a significant investment from Genstar Capital. Additionally, in 2024, AffiniPay earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 List of fastest-growing privately held companies for the 13th consecutive year, with three-year revenue growth of 217%.
Prior to AffiniPay, Dru was Chief Executive Officer of real estate performance management solution innovator, Grace Hill, where she more than doubled the business to serve over 30% of all property management companies and professionals. During her tenure, Grace Hill evolved from delivering a single product to being a full platform company through a combination of organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions. She also took the firm through an exit from The Riverside Company to Stone Point, with a second exit to Aurora Capital. Dru previously founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Lily Pod, a consumer tech company, was Vice President of investment firm Gores Group and a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. She holds a BA from Columbia University, and as MBA and JD from The University of Chicago.

Erin Mulligan Helgren
Chief Executive Officer – OfficeSpace
Erin Mulligan Helgren is Chief Executive Officer of OfficeSpace. OfficeSpace is the workplace management platform enabling the future of work, with software that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the hybrid workplace, serving 1,000 of the world’s top organizations. Vista Equity Partners invested in the business in 2022 and brought in Erin mid-2023.
Most recently, Erin served as Chief Executive Officer of Bonterra, a top social good software platform. The company was created by Apax Partners through the merger of EveryAction, CyberGrants, Social Solutions and Network for Good in 2022. Prior, Erin was Chief Executive Officer of Social Solutions, a leading cloud software platform for nonprofit and public sector social service organizations, backed by Vista Equity. Prior to that, she was Chief Executive Officer of Calytera, and led it to an acquisition by Gov-Tech leader Granicus, backed by Vista Equity. Earlier in her career, Erin was the global Chief Marketing Officer for Dell, where she led its $13.5 billion eCommerce, corporate social responsibility, and global marketing divisions. Erin is a multi-year winner of the National Diversity Council’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology award. She currently serves as an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee for Skyline Champion (NYSE:SKY), and as an Advisor to the Dean’s Council at her alma mater, The University of Texas McCombs School of Business where Erin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, International Business and Marketing.

Erin Shy
Chief Executive Officer – Watermark
Erin Shy serves as Watermark’s Chief Executive Officer. Watermark provides higher education institutions the tools they need to easily track, manage, and examine their data, including tools to complete assessment and accreditation requirements, capture and analyze student feedback, showcase faculty accomplishments, and improve student engagement. Watermark serves over 1,700 colleges and universities. TCV acquired a controlling interest in the company from Quad Partners in 2018 and recruited Erin in 2020 to oversee the company. In 2024, Watermark’s product innovations earned industry recognition, securing several major awards, including The EdTech Breakthrough Award, The TITAN Business Award, and the Stevie Award for Postsecondary Enterprise Solutions.
Erin joined Watermark from Community Brands, where she served as the Managing Director of their largest business unit, focused on providing cloud-enabled solutions to non-profit organizations. Prior to this role, Erin was Executive Vice President — leading sales, marketing, product marketing, product management, research and development, service delivery, and customer support teams. Before joining Community Brands, Erin held leadership roles at Abila, Sage, and Accenture. Erin earned her B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from the College of William & Mary.

Gabby Wong
Chief Executive Officer – FranConnect
Gabby Wong is Chief Executive Officer of FranConnect. FranConnect is the leading enterprise software provider for franchise and multi-location businesses and is backed by Serent Capital. Gabby has held successive leadership roles within FranConnect, joining first in 2016 as Executive Vice President of Operations and taking the helm as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Over the last six years, under her leadership, FranConnect’s revenue has grown by 5X and continues to lead the market in providing best-in-class sales, operations, and marketing solutions for franchise and multi-location businesses. After completing three acquisitions in four years, including RizePoint, a leading provider of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in 2024, FranConnect has grown to over 300 employees globally across the US, Canada, India, and Australia, and serves over 1500 brands and 1 million locations worldwide.
Prior to FranConnect, Gabby held executive leadership positions with worldwide operating roles at Primavera Systems (now Oracle), Trusted Computer Solutions (now EverFox/ForcePoint), Vovici (now Verint Systems), and Clarabridge (now Qualtrics). Gabby graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University with a BA in English and Political Science.

Helen Rosen
Chief Executive Officer – Adlib Software
Helen is Chief Executive Officer of Adlib Software. Adlib Software is a leader in document transformation and workflow automation helping organizations scale document workflows, accelerate go-to-market activities, and improve archival and compliance processes. Adlib fully automates the discovery, extraction, and conversion of information from hundreds of document types, making them shareable and searchable. Diversis Capital acquired the business in 2021 and brought in Helen in 2022.
Prior to Adlib, she served as Chief Strategy Officer with Kipu Health, a leading EMR, CRM, and RCM software that empowers better health, backed by TCV. Prior to that, she was Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with AxiomSL, a leading provider of cloud-enabled risk management and regulatory solutions for banking, investment management, broker dealers and commodity trading institutions. Helen helped take AxiomSL to an exit to TCV in 2017, and Thoma Bravo in 2020. She has also held roles with Global Access CSG, Infosys Consulting, and Thomson Reuters. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from the University of Buffalo with a BA.

Jamie Candee
President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director – Edmentum
Jamie Candee is President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Edmentum. She re-joined the company in 2017 and leads Edmentum’s strategic vision and long-term growth. Edmentum is a leading provider of K-12 digital curriculum, assessments, and services to more than 43,000 schools, 420,000 educators, and 5.2 million students in all 50 states and 100+ countries worldwide. Under Jamie’s leadership, The Vistria Group made a majority investment in Edmentum in 2020, and Edmentum acquired Apex Learning, a Seattle-based industry leader in K–12 digital curriculum.
Prior to her current role, Jamie was Chief Executive Officer of Questar Assessment, which was acquired by ETS. She also previously held multiple roles at Edmentum, including Chief Revenue Officer, and VP of Product, with an early career as a teacher. She sits on the Board of Directors for America Succeeds, Education Staffing Solutions, and The Learning Tree International. Jamie holds an MBA from Bethel University and a BS in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Janine Seebeck
Chief Executive Officer & Board Director – BeyondTrust
Janine Seebeck is Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of BeyondTrust. BeyondTrust is the worldwide leader in intelligent identity and access security, empowering organizations to protect identities, stop threats, and deliver dynamic access to empower and secure a work-from-anywhere world. The company serves 20,000 customers, including 75 of the Fortune 100, and a robust global partner network, and has over 1,000 employees. Francisco Partners invested in the company in 2018, followed by Clearlake Capital Group in 2021. Janine joined the company in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and expanded her role in 2020 to Chief Operating Officer, and was ultimately named Chief Executive Officer in 2022. In 2024, BeyondTrust acquired Entitle, a pioneering privilege management solution that discovers, manages, and automates just-in-time access and modern identity governance and administration across the entire cloud estate.
Prior to joining BeyondTrust, Janine was Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Agilysys Inc., a hospitality software leader. She also previously held the positions of Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Agilysys. Before Agilysys, she served as Vice President of Finance, Asia Pacific and Vice President, Corporate Controller for PGi, a global leader in virtual meetings. Janine is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BSBA in Accounting from John Carroll University.

Jennifer Sun
Chief Executive Officer – StarCompliance
Jennifer Sun is the Chief Executive Officer of StarCompliance, an industry leader in employee compliance and conflict of interest solutions to the financial services industry and is trusted in 114 countries. Jennifer joined in 2018 after Luminate Capital invested in the business in 2017. In 2020, Jennifer took the business through a sale to its current backer, Marlin Equity. After a previous partnership, in 2024, StarCompliance acquired Aer Compliance which simplifies digital asset compliance by automating pre-trade clearance, post-trade monitoring, and streamlining employee conflicts of interest management.
Prior, Jennifer served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Execution at Ipreo, a global provider of workflow solutions and market intelligence to the financial services industry. She was a key contributor to the executive management team at Ipreo, a portfolio company of Blackstone and Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking, which was acquired by IHS Markit in August 2018. Over Jennifer’s 17-year career at Ipreo, she held several leadership roles across their Global Markets Group where she built Ipreo’s equities business from the ground up into the dominant provider in equity new issue workflow systems. Previously, Jennifer went on to help launch Epoch Partners, a technology-enabled investment bank backed by Kleiner Perkins, Benchmark Capital and Charles Schwab. Epoch was successfully sold to Goldman Sachs. Jennifer holds a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University and a BA from University of California, Berkeley.

Kate Eberle Walker
Chief Executive Officer – Presence
Kate Eberle Walker is Chief Executive Officer of Presence, a provider of teletherapy and software intended for special education and mental health providers in K-12 schools. Kate joined in 2019 and led the company to a majority investment by Spectrum Equity and TPG’s The RiseFund in 2022. Presence also acquired Global Teletherapy, the leading teletherapy service provider to virtual K-12 schools in 2022, and in 2023 acquired RemoteHQ’s proprietary software platform. In 2024, Kate was named “EdTech Company CEO of the Year” in the 6th Annual EdTech Breakthrough Awards. Of note, Presence’s executive leadership team is majority female, a reflection of the company’s commitment to serve its majority-female employee base, majority-female provider network and majority-female educator community.
Prior to joining Presence, Kate was Chief Executive Officer of The Princeton Review and Tutor.com, and she led corporate strategy and investments for Kaplan, Inc. She began her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. She serves on several education-focused boards, including Babbel, Barnes and Noble Education, Prospect Schools, and Testing Mom. Kate is the author of the book, The Good Boss: Nine Ways Every Manager Can Support Women at Work. Kate holds a BS in Finance from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kendall Pretzer
Chief Executive Officer – Grace Hill
Kendall Pretzer is Chief Executive Officer at Grace Hill. Grace Hill is a leading SaaS solution that helps owners and operators increase property performance, reduce operating risk and grow top talent. More than 500,000 real estate professionals from more than 2,300 companies rely on talent performance solutions from Grace Hill. Kendall joined the team in 2018 after Grace Hill purchased her company, The Strategic Solution, and served as Chief Operating Officer overseeing Account Management, Customer Success, and People Success. Kendall was appointed Chief Executive Officer in May 2021, after Aurora Capital acquired Grace Hill from Stone Point Capital. In 2024, Grace Hill added 350 new customers representing 2 million units across the United States. Additionally, Grace Hill acquired The Shadow Agency, a full-service mystery shopping company, in June 2024, and Realync, a leading provider of resident tours and communications, in September 2024.
With over 30 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience, she was previously with Trammell Crow Residential, Gables Residential, R&B Commercial Management and Security Capital/Archstone companies serving in many roles: Vice President of Training and Marketing, Senior Regional Manager, Financial Analyst, Project Manager and Assistant Director of Business Development. She holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and is a 2015 NAA Lyceum graduate.

Kendra Tucker
Chief Executive Officer – Truckstop
Kendra Tucker is Chief Executive Officer of Truckstop. Truckstop is a trusted partner for carriers, brokers, and shippers, empowering the freight community through a platform of innovative solutions for the entire freight lifecycle to help increase efficiency, automate processes, and accelerate growth. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer in 2022, Kendra previously held multiple roles at Truckstop, including Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, ICONIQ Capital made a strategic growth investment in the company.
Before Truckstop, Kendra was Director of Vista Consulting Group’s go-to-market practice, where she worked closely with portfolio companies to implement more effective and sustainable growth strategies and specialized in pushing customer teams to over 90% net-retention through superior support and contracts that incentivized long-term partnerships. She was also Chief Revenue Officer for Vista Equity-backed Upserve. Kendra spent her early career at Gallup and CEB (now Gartner), working in research and moving up to product marketing and sales leadership, scaling teams and closing deals with companies like BMW and Chanel. Kendra also served as Senior Vice President of Audience and Platforms at Axios, a political news organization. Kendra graduated with a BA in International Studies from the University of Chicago and earned an MBA from Georgetown’s School of Business.

Kim Crawford Goodman
Chief Executive Officer – Smarsh
Kim Crawford Goodman is the Chief Executive Officer at Smarsh, joining in 2022. Smarsh has leading-edge technologies (Cloud native, AI, and integrated platforms) to enable clients to reduce their risk and meet their compliance requirements across a growing employee base enabled with expanding communication tools. Smarsh serves a global client base spanning the top banks in North America, Europe, and Asia, along with leading brokerage firms, insurers, registered investment advisors and U.S. federal, state and local government agencies. K1 Investment Management invested in Smarsh in 2016 and has since completed eight acquisitions.
Before joining Smarsh, Kim was the Head of Payments and Risk Solutions at Fiserv, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. There, she provided executive leadership for the company’s bill payment, prepaid, and financial and risk management solutions businesses, with additional accountability for digital payments. With more than 25 years’ experience, she has held key leadership positions with many of the largest brands across financial services and technology, including American Express, Worldpay US, Dell, and Bain & Company. Kim holds an Engineering and Political Science degree from Stanford University, and she is a Baker Scholar MBA graduate from the Harvard Business School.

Laura Ipsen
President and Chief Executive Officer – Ellucian
Laura Ipsen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ellucian. Ellucian is the technology solutions provider for higher education institutions, serving more than 20 million students at 2,900+ institutions in over 50 countries. As Chief Executive Officer, Laura has led an industry-leading cloud transformation to increase security, stability and productivity for higher education institutions, enabling over 1,200 customers with their cloud product. In 2021, Laura led Ellucian, formerly backed by TPG and Leonard Green & Partners, to a successful exit to Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners. Ellucian acquired CampusLogic in 2022, and Tribal Group in 2023, as well as Edunav in 2024. Edunav helps improve student retention and on-time degree completion while minimizing wasted credit hours.
Laura joined Ellucian from Oracle Corporation, where she most recently served as GM and SVP for Oracle Marketing Cloud. Previously, she served as Corporate VP of Microsoft’s worldwide public sector organization, where she led a team of more than 2,000 sales and marketing professionals. Laura’s experience also includes more than a decade at Cisco Systems and leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Acer America and Hitachi Data Systems. Laura serves on the Supervisory Board of Daimler Truck Holding AG, the Board of the Business-Higher Ed Forum (BHEF), and is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council, Fortune CEO Initiative and Women Corporate Directors (WCD). Laura is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley Chapter, and is an associate member of the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College. Laura holds a BA in International Relations from the Woodrow Wilson School of Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia, and studied Arabic at Yarmouk University in Jordan.

Leagh Turner

After going public in 2016, Coupa was taken private in 2022 by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $8 billion. Leagh was brought in by Thoma Bravo in 2023 to continue scaling the company.
Leagh most recently served as co-CEO at Ceridian, a global leader in human capital management technology. In her time at Ceridian, she helped double the company’s revenue and significantly expand its global customer base. Prior to that, she held multiple global roles at SAP, including more recently as Global Chief Operating Officer, Strategic Customer Program. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Manulife, a leading international financial services group. She graduated from Western University.

Marne Martin
Chief Executive Officer – Emburse
Marne Martin is Chief Executive Officer of Emburse, Inc, the world’s largest independent provider of travel and expense software. She joined in January of 2024. Emburse expense, travel management, accounts payable, and payments solutions are trusted by more than 12 million professionals, including CFOs and finance teams, travel managers, and business travelers. They serve more than 20,000 organizations in 120 countries, from Global 2000 corporations and small-medium businesses to public sector agencies and nonprofits. Emburse was established in 2020 by K1 Investment Management, when they acquired and combined a group of expense and accounts payable automation companies.
Marne joined Emburse from IFS, a SaaS lifecycle management solution company with over $1 billion in revenue and 7,000 employees, where she was most recently Chief Strategy Officer & President. A long-time member of the IFS executive leadership team, Marne previously held roles including CEO of WorkWave LLC, an IFS company, and President of IFS Service Management. Prior to joining IFS, Marne held a variety of other senior roles, including Chief Executive Officer of ServicePower, plc, and Chief Financial Officer of Norcon, plc. She has also served in several executive and non-executive board positions earlier in her career. Marne holds a BSFS from Georgetown University in International Finance and Economics, and an MBA from Purdue University and ESCP Business School.

Michelle Abbey
President and Chief Executive Officer – Radancy
Michelle Abbey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Radancy. Radancy is the global leader in enterprise software and services solutions for end-to-end talent sourcing, intelligently solving the most critical challenges for employers and delivering results that strengthen their organizations. New Mountain Capital invested in Radancy in 2022, with prior investor Gemspring Capital remaining a minority investor in the company. The company branded from TMP Worldwide to Radancy in 2021.
Through her 30+ year career with the organization, Michelle has held almost every position within the business. Starting as an Account Executive, she has consistently been promoted to positions of escalating responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Global Digital for Monster Worldwide and Senior Vice President of Creative for TMP Worldwide. Michelle holds a B.A. degree from the State University of New York, Brockport.

Pamela Joseph
Chief Executive Officer – Xplor
Pam Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer of Xplor Technologies, a global platform integrating SaaS solutions, embedded payments, and tools to help businesses grow and succeed. They provide enterprise-grade SaaS solutions for businesses in “everyday life” verticals: Childcare & Education, Fitness & Wellbeing, Field Services and Personal Services. Xplor Technologies was created in 2021, when Advent International combined their portfolio companies Clearent and Transaction Services Group. Xplor Technologies serves over 106,000 customers that processed over $37 billion in payments and operated across 20 markets in 2023. Pam was previously the Executive Chairperson of Xplor Technologies, and an Operating Partner at Advent. She took over as the Chief Executive Officer of Xplor Technologies in 2022 and continues to also act as an Operating Partner for Advent International.
Pam was previously one of Elavon’s earliest employees, and she helped to oversee the company from a start-up through its many stages of growth, including its IPO and its eventual acquisition by U.S. Bancorp, where she remained as Vice Chair over the entire payments division. In addition to her role at Xplor, Pam sits on the Board of Directors of Paychex (NASDAQ: PAYX), a payroll provider; TransUnion (NYSE: TRU), an information technology company; and Adyen, a Netherlands-based payment processor. Pam holds a BBA from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Soumya Nettimi
Chief Executive Officer – Paradigm
Soumya Nettimi is the Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm. Paradigm is a market-leading provider of software and embedded payments solutions for the legal industry. Paradigm was formed by bringing together four world-class legal practice management solutions — PracticePanther, MerusCase, LollyLaw, and Bill4Time, and two payments and accounting platforms, Headnote and TrustBooks. Today, they are proud to serve over 50,000 law firms and legal professionals by offering fully native practice management, payments and accounting functionality to law firms of all practice areas and sizes. Soumya held the position of Chief Executive Officer of PracticePanther before forming Paradigm. In 2021, she led the business to a sale from Alpine Investors to Francisco Partners.
Prior to Paradigm, Soumya began her career as an investor at Blackstone, and later spent time in product and management roles at companies ranging from Serena & Lily to Amazon Web Services. Soumya received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and AB in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University.

Tina Vantanka Murphy
President & Chief Executive Officer – GHX
Tina Vatanka Murphy is Chief Executive Officer of Global Healthcare Exchange, LLC (GHX), a leading SaaS provider of core business and data automation solutions to the healthcare sector. In addition to its cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platform, GHX offers procure-to-pay tools, vendor compliance, data and insights, and payments. The company is backed by Temasek, and in 2021, Warburg Pincus acquired a stake in the company from Thoma Bravo. Tina took over the Chief Executive Officer role in 2022.
Before taking the top role in 2022, Tina held the position of GHX Division President, Value Based Care and was instrumental in leading the company’s award-winning response to the global pandemic in 2020. She previously served as Senior Vice President, GHX Global Product and Corporate Development, where she was responsible for architecting a global product function that led to strong customer retention and double-digit improvement in customer satisfaction scores. In her prior role as President of GHX Europe, her decisive leadership helped the company’s European arm significantly improve customer satisfaction while achieving double-digit growth. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University.
