Based between London and the US, she recruits senior executives and board members for growth companies targeting the food, agriculture, climate and sustainability sectors. She also works with PE investors and large corporate clients helping them to hire impactful ESG leaders.
Severine is an expert in sustainability and leverages her considerable knowledge and network to help companies attract talent that can help them successfully navigate ESG risks and transform their organizations to tackle sustainability challenges such as energy transition and net-zero commitments, supply-chain traceability and the circular economy.
Before joining Calibre One, Severine was a PE and Impact VC Partner in Europe and the US, where she supported fast-growth companies in integrating ESG and Sustainability to accelerate solutions to deliver triple bottom line performance (People, Planet, Profit). Her investment focus was agtech, foodtech, health and climate.
She holds a Masters in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and a MPhil in Finance (M&A) from Sciences-Po Paris and began her career as a Strategic Consultant for PwC in their Government and Energy Practice, and then held several leadership roles for WPP, Kering in Strategy, Finance and Business Development.
Severine is a passionate and active advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, as well as for the advancement of more women in Senior Exec Roles (she’s been a Member of PEWIN, Diversity VC, and Women in Ag) She has served on several non-profit boards such as the Institute for Cancer Research and the Soil Association and is a recognized expert and regular speaker at conferences on Sustainability, Climate and Food and Health.
Severine is fluent in English and French and lives with her family between London, Paris and Miami.
