James is a Partner based in our London office with a primary focus on helping clients hire C-level leadership across commercial, operations, digital and technology. He has deep knowledge and experience in the sports and sportstech sectors and also works extensively across the broader media & entertainment industry supporting growing technology disruptors as well as large players in these sectors seeking to harness digital technologies to transform their businesses.
Prior to Calibre One, James spent 4 years as Global Head of an industry leading executive search boutique within the hospitality and entertainment sector, where he played a pivotal role in the growth of the business, having joined as the first employee.
James holds a Law degree from Newcastle University and spent two years in the US on a sports scholarship. Outside of work, you can either find James playing competitive golf, or spending time with his family and Irish Terrier, Caesar.
