CodeBaby is pleased to welcome its new Chief Operating Officer Matt Filios
Matt Filios brings over 20-years of senior executive leadership to the CodeBaby team. In his role, Matt will strengthen the cohesiveness of CodeBaby’s sales, marketing and creative services processes while also generating new channel strategies for outbound sales initiatives. Additionally, Matt will work closely with the CodeBaby’s CEO, Patrick Bultema, ensuring the company’s overarching corporate goals and visions are met.
Prior to joining CodeBaby, Matt was Chief Operating Officer for Golden, Colorado based Net-Results, a SaaS lead management automation vendor, where he was instrumental in building the company’s industry-leading channel.

Matt’s other professional experience includes Olliance Group, a worldwide management consultancy focused on helping growth organizations leverage open source software. At Olliance Group, Matt worked with and aided in the rapid growth of organizations such as Infobright and XAware. Additionally, Matt was founder and CEO of Virtuas Solutions, a Denver-based software consultancy that helped Global 2000 organizations understand and leverage enterprise-ready open source technologies.
