CIKLUM EXPANDS ITS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kyiv, Ukraine – August 9, 2017 – The founder of Ciklum Torben Majgaard, who until recently chaired the Board, was Ciklum’s Chief Executive Officer, and also led its sales organisation, has announced that he will now focus full-time on leading the Board as its Executive Chairman. His full attention will be on Ciklum’ strategy and culture. Today Mr. Majgaard introduced Michael Boustridge as Ciklum’s new CEO. Earlier this months Robert Corace has joined Ciklum in the role of the Chief Revenue Officer.
Michael Boustridge, new Ciklum’s CEO, is an internationally known and well-respected technology executive with deep expertise in the IT services and telecom industries. Mr. Boustridge has worked for a number of blue chip Companies including IBM, Hitachi Data Systems, EDS, British Telecom and recently he was asked to execute a challenging strategic turn-around plan as CEO of Ciber. Michael has served on a number Public and Private Boards, he is involved with various charities, such as ‘xprize’, where Michael is a Trustee.

Under Torben’s leadership, Ciklum obtained an equity investment from George Soros Ukrainian Redevelopment Fund LP, and has been recognized in The 2016 and 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 lists of the world’s best outsourcing services providers.
