We are thrilled to announce that Venesa Klein has rejoined Calibre One to co-lead its recently formed consumer division as partner. She and Luis DeAnda, who joined the firm in 2023, will head up the consumer practice together. Working from Calibre One’s Los Angeles office, her role is to help grow this key focus area, expand the consumer practice nationwide and build a national consumer-focused recruitment team.
Most recently with Mixbook, a founder-led consumer creative platform, she was head of global talent acquisition where she built the global talent acquisition function from the ground up, scaling the team with 99 global hires and leading the recruitment of pivotal executives, including chief product officer, chief marketing officer and chief technology officer. Returning to Calibre One, Klein – who specializes in building transformative leadership teams for high-growth, PE-backed, VC-funded and public companies – will leverage her nearly two decades of executive search expertise and hands-on operational experience to help clients align leadership strategies with business objectives and foster exceptional teams.
