He has built and led global teams, notably scaling VMware’s R&D organization from 250 to 5,000 employees and guiding Tintri Inc. through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by DDN, Inc. Steve’s expertise spans executive search, global talent management, and M&A integration, with a hands-on approach that consistently delivers results.
