Her practice concentrated on the recruitment of executives for venture capital funded start-ups and established high-growth companies in consumer branded goods, retail, consumer and business technology. Prior to joining Calibre One, Venesa was responsible for full-cycle, international, executive recruiting at MarketTools, a market research and technology company. Venesa was first introduced to corporate recruiting as a consultant at Google where she was recruited to build out the internal executive search function.
