(PRESS RELEASE) – May 5, 2015 – SOASTA, the leader in performance analytics, announced the appointment of Ann Sung Ruckstuhl as its new Chief Marketing Officer. This search was completed in partnership with international executive recruiting firm Calibre One.
As CMO, Ruckstuhl will oversee global marketing and communications at SOASTA, including demand generation and lead-to-revenue pipeline management. Her unique blend of engineering and business acumen makes her a perfect match for SOASTA’s growing leadership in application performance management.
Ruckstuhl has held senior global executive positions at such industry leaders as Symantec, Sybase (acquired by SAP), eBay, HP and most recently as CMO of LiveOps. In these roles, she has led some of the most successful innovations in software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, cybersecurity, mobile application development, big data, analytics, digital payments, e‐commerce and distributed IT infrastructure. She has been a leading advocate for Customer Experience Management and Consumerization of IT, making information access and business transactions ubiquitous, fast, easy and secure.
Ruckstuhl began her career at HP and received her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and her MBA from the University of Florida.
